What can you find?

Summer is here and we need activities to keep those littles busy and engaged! How about a neighborhood scavenger hunt?

You can keep this super simple and give kids things to find as you spot them while out on a walk (more of an “I Spy…” format) or you can have them throw on an explorer outfit, grab a magnifying glass and head out on an adventure! Want to make a day of it? Pack a picnic and head to your favorite park for your scavenger hunt!

We’ve linked some of our favorite items to make your hunt a little more fun. We also have a printable below to take the guess work out of it for you ;)

Magnifying glass- Examine little critters a little more closely!

Safari hat- Sun protection with a side of adventure!

Butterfly net- Catch all sorts of flying critters!

Insect habitat- Observe your finds safely :)

Bug viewer- Get up close and personal with your crawlers!
