    Schedule Consultation

    The next step in the process is to schedule a consultation- either virtual or phone. This consists of a conversation with your
    placement coordinator so
    we can learn more about
    your family’s needs.

  • STEP 3

    Candidate Interviews

    After the consultation and once your engagement fee is paid, our team will use the information we have learned about your family’s specific needs and send candidate profiles that will suit your family best. Our team will arrange for your interviews and provide interviewing resources.

  • STEP 4

    Offer Stage

    Once you have selected the best candidate for your family, we walk you through finalizing the placement process. The agency will provide a family/nanny work agreement and assist in setting your family up for a lasting relationship with your new employee.

    Placement
